Refund Policy

At The Senpai Supply Co., we want you to love what you ordered. Please read our policy carefully, especially for preorders and trading cards, which have different rules.

Returns (Apparel & Non-Card Merch)

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Free of odors, stains, pet hair, and damage

• Returned with any original tags/packaging (if applicable)

Not eligible for return:

• Stickers (all sticker sales are final)

• Final sale/clearance items

• Gift cards

• Any item marked “Final Sale”

• Any item damaged due to misuse or normal wear

• Trading cards / sealed card products (see below)

Trading Cards (TCG) — Final Sale

All trading card products are final sale, including:

• Single packs

• Booster boxes

• Cases

• Any sealed or opened card products

Because trading cards are collectible items with market sensitivity and tamper risk, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed—except if we shipped the wrong item or your order arrives damaged.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies, return it for a refund and place a new order.

Damages & Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label

We’ll make it right with a replacement (if available) or refund.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing varies by bank).
