Processing Time

In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

Preorders

Preorder items ship once inventory arrives to us. Estimated ship dates are listed on product pages and may change.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and pricing are shown at checkout. We may use carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on cost and destination.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for loss or theft. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact your local carrier and file a claim.

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we’ll help you open a trace.

Returned to Sender

If your package is returned to sender (address issues, unclaimed, etc.):

  • We can reship it (additional shipping fee), or

  • Refund the order minus shipping costs (if eligible)
